how it works

what's required

  • Fill in the C3HB Team Sign Up form
  • Read and sign the Team + Volunteer Code of Conduct Declaration (SC022)
  • Complete C3HB Safe Church training
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check, verified and kept on file by us
  • Read our team guidelines and health + safety procedures, and be willing to embrace them
  • References, where your role requires them
  • An interview with a team overseer, where your role requires it (SC023)
  • Team members under 16 sign the C3 Kids Code of Conduct for under 16 team (SC013)
  • Endorsement and approval from our Senior Pastor

the process

  1. Sign upTell us a little about you and where you would love to serve.
  2. Connect with a team overseerWe'll get in touch, chat about the team that fits you, and arrange an interview if your role needs one.
  3. Complete your paperworkSign the Code of Conduct Declaration, and send your Working with Children Check and references where needed.
  4. Do Safe Church trainingEvery team member completes C3HB Safe Church training, so everyone is safe and cared for.
  5. Get endorsedYour overseer completes your onboarding checklist (SC025) and our Senior Pastor approves it.
  6. Welcome to the teamYou're rostered on in Elvanto. See you at team huddle at 9:20am!
